Driven Performance Functional Training was established in 2017 and designed to elevate strength and endurance in men + women. Members may choose group classes or personal training, both of which balance individual coaching and team building.
Fitness Trainer, Owner
Hannah Lloyd is the owner and head trainer at DPFT with a degree in Exercise Science and Health + Fitness. She is a certified personal trainer, youth fitness specialist, and has her CrossFit Level 1 certification. She loves high intensity interval training and spent 5 years as a CrossFit member.
Madeline has been training and studying functional fitness since 2012, earning her ASFA Group Fitness/Bootcamp Instruction Certification and CrossFit Level 1 Certification. From tennis to softball, she has been an athlete her whole life. Madeline is passionate about strength training and credits her fitness discipline and motivation on years of martial arts training, earning her first degree black belt.
Tracy is a certified Group Fitness instructor whose goal is to help members reach their full fitness potential. She majored in science at Salter School. Tracy has always lived an active lifestyle and has been focused on weight lifting for over 4 years. Tracy's favorite type of workout includes a heavy barbell and kettlebells- she loves our strength classes!
